I love Queen Latifah. She's lovely. She's good looking. She's tough. She's masculine, yet feminine. She can sing, act, rap and model.
I love her movie roles, from a tough, bank robbing lesbian in Set It Off, to a hopeless romantic living for herself in Last Holiday, to a kind-hearted mother figure in The Secret Life of Bees, to all of her supporting actress roles where she plays sidekicks... and even to her musicals.

My boss showed me this 22-year-old female Justin Bieber-a-like on America's Got Talent. . . and I was intrigued enough to go look her up. She totally looks like Justin Bieber. She has a pretty good voice. Supposedly she's had this look for a long time before Bieber was popular. I think she's a little baby dyke (as my gf likes to say). At first she gave me the hee-bee-geebies, but now I think she's unique and cute-ish.
