My $4 table refinished

I bought this mid-century looking table for $4 at goodwill. It was painted black and the paint chipped off all the time. I finally got around to refinishing it. Considering it had some chips in the wood and I mainly worked at night on my porch. . . I'm happy with the end product.

In the middle of sanding it.

Got on my dykey work gear.

I chose a stain called Kona. It is very dark brown. And it reminded me of Kona, Hawaii.

See the part I filled with wood filler? I can't figure out how to get wood filler to blend in very well.
