A little bit o this...and little bit o that

I'm finally growing an abundance of tiny peppers, tiny tomatoes and big okra. It's sad that is what is coming off of my July/August garden. Who plants then? A silly novice like myself.
My animals share their love and laziness.
My blue glossy table es finito.
I transplanted a few of my tomato plants. Their root system is getting so big..

Got some tiny little peppers.

They aren't so photogenic here, but I just love it when my animals lay close to one another.

This is merely a $10 plywood-top table I finally finished working on. I wanted something colorful. It's not well done at all. Extra glossy shows some brush strokes.

Check out my fun choes!

I like my vintage colorful shoes I found. The yellow ones are Yves Saint Laurent. The pink and purple ones fit better!

Soccer player detained over Jesus tattoo

http://www.foxnews.com/world/2011/10/11/colombian-soccer-player-arrested-in-saudi-arabia-over-jesus-tattoo/

So dumb. It's not the fact that he revealed a tattoo of Jesus; it's the fact that he showed off his tattoos, period. If I knew in extent about the strict, stupid rules and discriminatory ways of other countries, I know I would be so disgusted. I just don't understand.

A soccer player from Colombia reportedly was detained in Saudi Arabia for walking through a mall wearing a sleeveless shirt that revealed his religious tattoos, including one of Jesus.
Juan Pablo Pino, 24, a member of Saudi Arabia’s Al Nasr soccer club, was taken into custody in Riyadh on Friday by Saudi moral police after mall customers complained about the tattoos. Pino was visiting the mall with his pregnant wife, the Catholic News Agency reports.
Nayimi Sheik Mohammed, a Saudi cleric, told Colombia Reports that the country respects Shariah law and that tattoos must be covered at all times.
Pino later apologized for his actions and was released from custody after a team delegate discussed the matter with police.
Last year, Romanian soccer player Mirel Radoi of the Al Hilal team drew criticism when he kissed the tattoo of a cross he has on his arm after scoring a goal, the Catholic News Agency reports.
The conservative Muslim country also has faced international condemnation recently for its law banning women from driving. Last month, Saudi King Abdullah, facing global pressure, revoked the sentence of a Saudi woman ordered to receive 10 lashes for driving.

That is it

Grrr...that is it...I'm gonna vent.
I am so sick and tired of guys and the way they act. They ooh and ah over you and end up saying things that are insulting when they are really trying to give you complements.
I am not a piece of meat. They are fucking meat heads.
Last night, my ex boyfriend began texting me, "I wonder if we will ever fuck again?"
Doubt it, I said.
Why? he asked.
"I don't want to justify why we won't be fucking," I said.
Then he asked, "Did we not have great sex together?"
I told him the only sex I remember was with my recent, female ex. That was the best.
He goes on to say. . ."Can we have a wild night/day of crazy sex before I get married?"
Ick. Ew. No Way. I can't help you there.
He has had a girlfriend for years, but whenever they argue, he tends to text me. And I hear from him maybe three times a year. There was one time when I was single (at least 3.5 years ago) when we did do the deed long after we had broken up. It wasn't fun. There's a reason an ex is an ex. Well obviously, he still thinks that stuff with me is fun.
I asked him, "What is wrong with you?"
He said, "No strings just a shit load of fun."
Ok. . . well I want a real relationship. Nothing with him. I don't just want sex. That's not fun for me. I only want to do the deed with someone I'm in a relationship with.
And then. . . I said something that brought tears to my own eyes. See...I was serious and seriously in love with my ex gal.
I said, "You better get all your urges out before you walk down the aisle. When I was engaged to (my ex girl's name), she was the only person I ever wanted to be with."
And that...is the truth...and hopefully...the end of this story.

Mini Alexander Wang

Alexander Wang’s Adorable Niece In High-Heel Kicks

Oh man, this kid is totally adorable. I thought I'd share this pic. I want to snatch that kid and bring her home with me. Ever since I was about 8 years old I've wanted to adopt an Asian baby. Maybe one day I will.

Some things I found for myself

This is a cute little antique, 1960s bambi lamp.

I like listening to my Blackhearts record. Bought this at the same antique store where I bought my lamp.

Another record.

I love my Castro Camera tee. I believe Castro Camera is where Harvey Milk had his campaigning headquarters. Yay? Nay?

I bought this little chihuahua to put on my porch by my plants. At this Gardening Angel store on the side of the road, I found so many things. I must go back and buy a Buddha sculpture to put over Worley's grave (my ex's dog that got run over front of my house : ( I bought some colorful hunks of glass that look like rocks for my dad's flowers beds. This glass company is in Virginia and is going out of business.

In the meantime, in between time

My kitty and doggy laying on me and eachother in the morning.
Some okra I grew. I think I let them grow too big. They will taste woody if they are hard. I need to cut them off around 3 inches.
